We wish to see a peaceful and progressive Pakistan, where rights of every citizen are ensured – more so for the marginalised communities, where good governance is a norm and not an exception, where basic facilities are provided to all and sundry, and where rule of law holds supreme. Surely, this was not the country we had vied for – for us as well as for our generations. Yet, if not us, who else would take the plunge. And if not now, then when?
